Which Indian State has introduced File Tracking System?

Assam government has decided to introduce "File tracking" mechanism as part of its effort to bring in transparency in governance.It will allow common people track the position of a file.The Finance Department will also take recourse to on-line system to prepare budget and distribute the same to all offices.It will maintain a constant link with the RBI through a Core Banking Solution 'e-Kuber'.
