Where will the third edition of the 12-day 'Dwijing Festival' be held from 27 December 2018?

The third edition of the 12-day 'Dwijing Festival', a river tourism project of the Assam government, will begin from 27 December 2018 in Chirang district in Assam. 'Dwijing' means river bank and the festival will cover areas around the river Aie. The river Aie originates from the Himalayas of Bhutan flowing through Chirang and Bongaigaon districts before meeting the river Brahmaputra.
