Where has the Assam government started construction of a home quarantine centre with around 1000 bed facilities?

Assam government has started construction of a home quarantine centre at Guwahati with around 1000 bed facilities. The work of the centre will be completed within 3 to 4 days at Sarusajai stadium. If anyone found Covid-19 positive, his or her family members would be shifted in this centre and state government would take care of them. As of now, no positive case has been found in Assam. Assam: State Animal - Indian rhinoceros. State Bird - White-winged duck. National Parks - Dibru-Saikhowa National Park, Kaziranga National Park, Manas National Park, Nameri National Park, Rajiv Gandhi Orang National Park. Dams - Subansiri Lower Dam(Subansiri River), Karbi Langpi Dam(Borpani River).
