The 3 rd Khelo India Youth Games 2020 is hosted in Guwahati, Assam . It was held from 10 January 2020 to 22 January 2020. The event witnessed the participation of over 10,000 students. The event was organized by the Ministry for Youth Affairs and Sports in partnership with the S chool Games Federation of India, Indian Olympic Association and Assam State government. Mascots - Vijay the Tiger and Jaya the Blackbuck. Maharastra stood first with a total of 256 medals (78 gold, 77 silver, and 101 bronze). Haryana stood second with the total of 200 medals (68 gold, 60 silver, and 72 bronze). Delhi stood third with a total of 122 medals (39 gold, 36 silver, and 47 bronze).
