Governor of Mizoram Kummanam Rajasekharan has resigned from his post. Mr. Kovind appointed Prof. Jagdish Mukhi as the Governor of Mizoram. Jagdish Mukhi, Assam Governor, will hold the post until regular arrangement for the office of the Governor of Mizoram is made.
