Manmohan singh was the Rajya Sabha member from which state?

Former PM Manmohan Singh, who has represented Assam in the Rajya Sabha for the last 28 years, will not be nominated to the Parliament's Upper House this time. The party will not nominate anyone because it does not have the numbers in the Assam Assembly. Manmohan's current term will end on June 14, 2019.
